FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to production of construction materials and specifically to a method of producing a gypsum binder, which can be used as a base during construction of road bases and as a binder in construction, from technical gypsum - phospho-semihydrate or phospho-dihydrate of calcium sulphate, as well as to production of a modified composite gypsum binder having a wide spectrum of application in construction. Method of producing a gypsum binder includes heating of initial raw material, which is technical gypsum - phospho-semihydrate or phospho-dihydrate of calcium sulphate, herewith the heating is carried out in two stages, at the first stage at the temperature of 85±5 °C, at the second stage at the temperature of 160±5 °C, herewith at the first stage the heating is carried out at continuous mixing the raw material for 40-60 minutes at the pressure of not less than 0.1 MPa, at the second stage the heating is carried out at continuous mixing the raw material for 30-60 minutes. Method of producing the gypsum binder may additionally include grinding of the gypsum binder at the end of the second stage of heating.

EFFECT: technical result is production of a stable binding product with stable physical and chemical parameters, in particular, higher strength.
