FIELD: chemistry, construction.
SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to obtaining construction materials and more specifically to obtaining high-strength polyphase gypsum binding agene. The polyphase gypsum binding agent contains the following, in wt %: anhydrite gypsum binding agent 40.0-60.0, caustic lime 3.0-29.0, gypsum binding agent based on beta-polyhydrate of calcium sulphate 20.0-50.0, gypsum binding agent based on alpha-polyhydrate of calcium sulphate 0-10.0 and ground regulating activating additive 0.5-2.0. The said additive contains a mixture of potassium sulphate, aluminium sulphate, sodium tripolyphosphate and an organic component, chosen from the following group: sodium polycarboxylate, sodium salt of sulphonated naphthalene-formaldehyde resin, sodium salt of sulphonated melamine-formaldehyde resin in the following ratios, wt %: potassium sulphate 2.0-5.0, aluminium sulphate 5.0-30.0, sodium tripolyphosphate 8.0-15.0 and said organic component 50.0-85.0. The method of obtaining the above mentioned polyphase gypsum binding agent involves successive mixing of anhydrite gypsum binding agent with caustic lime and preparation of the above mentioned regulating additive and subsequent addition into the obtained mixture of gypsum binding agent based on beta-polyhydrate of calcium sulphate and gypsum binding agent based on alpha-polyhydrate of calcium sulphate.
