FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: tourniquet comprises stationary post, mechanism plate with bearing assembly rigidly coupled with post, shaft installed with possibility of rotation in bearing assembly, hub with three blocking bars connected to shaft, each of which is made with shank, containing hook. Tourniquet comprises bars positioning mechanism, bars rotation locking mechanism, panic bar mechanism including bar retainer assembly in "passage is closed" position, comprising spring-loaded crossbar moving in bars hub guides and interacting with bars hook. Tourniquet comprises bars to initial position smooth adjustment device, angle of rotation sensor, electronic control unit, power supply unit, light and sound indications, remote control panel. Each bar is equipped with toothed sector, and panic bar mechanism is additionally equipped with following units and mechanisms: bar lowering mechanism including electromagnet with moving armature, connected with spring-loaded lever with possibility of linear and angular displacement relative to this lever, having fixed axis of rotation and shaped surface to act on crossbar; bar mechanism lowering arming unit, providing toothed bar rack and pinion engagement, moving in tourniquet post grooves, driven by geared motor, as well as by means of axis rigidly connected with toothed bar enabling spring-loaded lever with armature lifting into initial position; bar lifting mechanism with two rack and pinion engagements made with possibility to lock unauthorized hub with bars rotation at the beginning of its movement, and in the end is with possibility to interact with bar toothed sector; drive incorporating electric gear motor, with output shaft of which shaft with toothed gears is rigidly connected, also containing shaft angular position transducer and controller. At that, drive operation cycle includes rotation in one direction at angle, ensuring bar lifting into horizontal position with simultaneous bar lowering mechanism arming, and then reverse rotation to same angle to return drive into initial position.
EFFECT: disclosed is turnstile.
