FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the method of producing lignin from lignocellulose biomass. Method includes: feeding lignocellulose biomass at first pressure and at the first temperature. With that, the said lignocellulose biomass includes a first solid fraction, the insoluble lignin, containing: and the first liquid fraction, containing: soluble with C6 saccharides; and soluble lignin. Then reduction of said first temperature above lignocellulose biomass to second temperature, at least, approximately 1°C higher than glass transition temperature of lignin in said first pressure. Further reduction of said first pressure above lignocellulose biomass at the specified second temperature to second pressure during less than approximately 1 second, for deposition of the above soluble lignin in said first liquid fraction and formation of the mixture, second solid fraction, containing: the insoluble lignin, containing: and precipitated lignin; and the second liquid fraction, containing: soluble C6 saccharides.
EFFECT: invention increases the degree of energy recovery in the process and obtain homogeneous lignin with small particle size.
