FIELD: production of powdered material.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a method for continuous production of powdered material having a heat of combustion greater than the heat of combustion of biomass before steam cracking, including a steam cracking stage, where the initial biomass, consisting of elements ranging in size from P16 to P100 according to the particle size classification, with a moisture content of less than 27%, is directly processed steam by steam cracking method at a temperature of 195-215°C for 5 to 30 minutes, wherein the severity of the steam cracking step is adjusted depending on the carbon content of the exhaust gas, said carbon content being used by a computer to modify said severity in accordance with a predetermined function to maximize the net calorific value (NCV) in real time.
EFFECT: production of “black pellets” fuel with a high calorific value.
