FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: turbomachine blade from composite material with matrix and reinforcement, containing mesh includes front and rear edges, as well as backet and back surfaces, passing from front to rear edge. Mesh forms three-dimensional structure, which passes over blade thickness major part between backet surface and back surface and/or over blade length major part between leading edge and trailing edge. Three-dimensional reinforcement structure comprises rods, interconnected by their connecting units, embedded into matrix and having rough surface with projecting grains. Number of rods connected to connecting units is variable. During composite blade making containing mesh reinforcement is produced, reinforcement is inserted into die casting mold and perform resin die casting into die casting mold for filling of mesh. Then resin is polymerized in casting mold and composite blade is extracted from mold. Reinforcement is made by layer-by-layer additive extension method, and mesh forms three-dimensional structure, which contains rods connected to each other by means of their connection assemblies and having rough surface with projecting grains.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides higher strength of turbomachine composite blade.
