FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: two sheets are shaped into the form close to the final reinforcement element form. The sheets are placed on both sides of the rod, which reproduces the back inner form and the reinforcement element pressure side. The rod has at least one recess to form the cavity, intended to receive the insert on the reinforcement element, for positioning the reinforcement element. The sheets are tightly joint in the vacuum around the rod. The sheets are moulded on the rod by the hot isostatic pressing. Then cut the sheets and separate the reinforcement element and the rod.
EFFECT: simplification and improvement of the element positioning accuracy on the front or the rear edge of the blade.
