FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building and is intended for use in marine equipment objects fire extinguishing system for simultaneous transfer of water and a surface-active fire-extinguishing substance. Pump includes housing, two drive chambers, which by means of drive pneumatic lines are connected to pneumatic distributor with limit switches. Two opposite located working chambers are combined in one cylinder and separated by pistons, which are installed on one rod. Has sealing devices. Additionally on working chambers side opposite and coaxially to them two additional working cylinders with hydro pistons are installed, each of which is rigidly connected to closest piston. At that, working chambers and cylinders are made with possibility of providing pumped solution initial components constant ratio, are equipped with suction and delivery valves and connected with mixing device via pressure pipelines, containing mixing cavity, bushing with shaft and swirler, rotating on bearings.

EFFECT: enhanced pump capabilities for simultaneous transfer of two different fluids with specified percentage and mixing said fluids at output, reduced pressure pulsations in discharge pipeline.
