FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method of producing composite elements. In the method a coating layer is continuously displaced, and on the coating layer a liquid reaction mixture is applied. Herewith the method uses a device consisting of at least one pipe a), which is preferably arranged fixed and is equipped with holes b) in the direction of the coating layer in parallel to the surface of the coating layer and at the right angle to the coating layer direction of movement. External 1-4 holes are arranged on the side of the pipe and located above the edge of the coating layer at the angle of 1-50° to the edge of the coating layer.

EFFECT: technical result achieved when using the method according to the invention is improvement of quality of the composite elements, providing uniform distribution of the reaction mixture onto a shaped bottom coating layer in stagnant zones, especially for composite elements of a metal coating layer and a core made from polyurethane foam plastics.
