SUBSTANCE: proposed device relate to production of sandwich structures from foamed materials with rigid and flexible cover layers. Proposed application device comprises mixing and distribution heads, and at least three and more discharge pipelines. Said pipelines are secured on distribution head perpendicular to reaction mix efflux direction on rigid frame. Proposed for production sandwich structure elements comprises at least two devices to feed top and bottom cover layers, endless top and bottom guide belts, forming section and cutting device. Endless top and bottom guide belts serves for top and bottom cover layers, respectively.
EFFECT: sufficiently irregular foaming over product height.
