FIELD: energy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind power engineering. Wind-fan apparatus includes a housing, a deflector, wind wheel located in housing on vertical shaft of installation, inlet channels arranged tangentially directed and inclined to vertical axis of installation, inlet channels have air flaps. Apparatus additionally comprises a confuser diaphragm and a fan wheel installed under wind wheel. Both wheels are conical with curvilinear blades along conical spiral of Archimedes with a lemniscate profile directed counterclockwise on side of ends of smaller bases of cones of wheels, installed on common vertical shaft, facing ends of smaller bases of cones of wheels to each other. Deflector has a diffuser design with a lemniscate profile of internal surface, and inlet channels with air flaps are curved on conical Archimedean spiral, in plan having counterclockwise direction and lemniscate profile of inner surface.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at intensification of vertical component of total flow and high efficiency of using energy of gusty, vortex and thermal gas-air streams of environment, industrial and residential facilities.
