FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to absorption-desorption separation of multicomponent gaseous mixtures, namely, to devices for separation of helium from natural gas. Device consists of absorber housing with source natural gas feed branch pipe, upper outlet of helium-saturated gas and saturated absorbent discharge pipe, equipped with heater and connected to stripper housing, having absorbent recirculation tube into absorber housing, equipped with heat exchanger and cooler, and an upper branch pipe for output of helium-depleted gas, connected to a drop catcher equipped with a receptacle for receiving the absorbed absorbent. Initial gas supply branch pipe is made in the form of confuser axial nozzle equipped with pressure reducer. Inside the absorber housing there is an axial confusor circulation pipe having the possibility of vertical movement and open at both ends. Above the upper end of the circulation pipe there is a deflector with a curvilinear axisymmetric surface and a cyclone drop catcher with a pressure reducing valve at the outlet, having a forbunker for collecting the captured absorbent, connected to tubular riser return saturated absorbent in cylinder-conic housing desorber, supplemented with adjustable throttle valve and introduced into lower part of desorber housing. Return pipe of saturated absorbent in housing of stripping absorber is connected to lower part of absorber housing through controlled throttle valve and heater, and additionally equipped at inlet of desorber with vortex chamber. Vortex chamber outlet communicates with confuser axial nozzle and arranged with axially circulating pipe of diffuser type, having vertical displacement and open at both ends. Above the upper end of the circulation pipe there is a deflector with a curvilinear axisymmetric surface and a cyclone catcher with a pressure reducer at the outlet branch pipe and with a tubular riser inserted into the lower part of the desorber. Upper recirculation branch pipe is additionally equipped with recirculation pump and is connected with absorbent capacity through controlled hydraulic pump. Absorber, desorber and forbunker housings are equipped with upper and lower level gauges and temperature sensors. Proposed plant comprises control microprocessor communicated via communication lines with throttle valves, absorber and desorber level pickups, temperature sensors and communication line via throttling devices, recirculation pump, compensation pump hydraulic pump, cooler and heat exchanger.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of mass exchange processes, intensification of separation.
