SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ichthyology and fish breeding and represents a method of testing the physiological state of sturgeon fish, including blood serum examination of fish, differing by the fact that blood serum is analysed by marginal dehydration in analytical cells and morphological analysis formed structures in the mode of standard microscopy at various magnifications, the dendritic and transient forms are indices norm homeostasis, and presence of plate-like structures indicates change occurring in fish.
EFFECT: invention implementation ensures more efficient evaluation of the physiological state of sturgeon fishes.
