SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cosmetic industry and represents dyeing foam composition for hair consisting of two phases - Phase A and Phase B, placed separately from each other and mixed immediately before use, where Phase B is oxidizing agent in form of aqueous solution containing hydrogen peroxide, and Phase A represents emulsion containing non-ionic polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) with high dissolving capacity with respect to dyes of various classes, ability to form therewith labile complexes with low toxicity and to transfer them fast to surface of hair keratin, to which it has high affinity, and surfactant of anionic and amphoteric type, which allows foaming of paint composition, obtained after mixing with the Phase B to form stable foam for a long time and having high dissolving capacity, which makes it possible to introduce high concentration of dyes (oxidizing and/or their salts or their mixture with dyes direct action) in paint composition, as well as containing emollient, conditioning agent, reducing agents, chelating agent, perfume composition and water, and ammonium hydroxide as alkaline agent, 25 % solution and non-volatile aminomethylpropanol, supporting constant alkalinity of composition pH at 9.2-10.8 throughout the whole period of dyeing.

EFFECT: this composition provides uniform, intensive, deep hair coloring, maintaining for a long time.
