SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the cosmetic industry. The hair bleaching composition is comprised of three phases placed separately from each other and mixed immediately before use, wherein Phase A constitutes a powder containing potassium persulfate, ammonium persulfate and sodium metasilicate; Phase B is a water solution containing hydrogen peroxide in an acidic medium; Phase B constitutes an oil phase containing mineral oil, a mixture of polyisobutene with a mixture of hydrogenated polyisobutene with an ethylene/propylene/styrene copolymer and a butylene/ethylene/styrene copolymer.
EFFECT: invention ensures formation of a hydrophobic film with high mechanical strength on the surface of a hair, which does not allow for contact thereof with an alkaline solution actively destroying the hair, while freely passing the gases required for the process of hair bleaching.
