SUBSTANCE: invention relates to personal hearing protection against unfavourable sanitary and epidemiological conditions. Hygienic intrachannel headphone, comprising a loudspeaker located inside a housing, in which there is a hole, located in area of sounding of loudspeaker, on which is mounted a transmitting sound guide in form of a permanent magnet with a through hole, wherein hole in housing of loudspeaker is located coaxially or at an angle to hole in permanent magnet, and an ear plug, designed for fixation in ear channel of user, having a through hole, at end opposite ear channel on which is mounted a receiving sound guide in form of a permanent magnet with a through hole, wherein hole in ear plug is located coaxially or at an angle to hole in permanent magnet, wherein permanent magnet of transmitting acoustic guide on side of housing of loudspeaker has a pole opposite pole of permanent magnet of receiving acoustic guide on side of ear plug, which allows them under action of magnetic force be located and be retained relative to each other so that they form an audio channel between hole of permanent magnet fixed on housing of loudspeaker and hole of permanent magnet fixed on ear plug, each of permanent magnets is made in form of permanent neodymium magnets.
