FIELD: hearing aids for improving patient s hearing. SUBSTANCE: hearing aid 10 inserted in patient s acoustic meatus has modules which are not placed in common case so that each of them possesses greater degree of freedom to turn. Hearing aid has receiving module 40 to send acoustic signals to enclosed space abutting against tympanic membrane, basic module 12 accommodating all ear-improving components except for receiver, and connecting unit 50 transmitting amplified electric signals from basic module to receiving one. Connecting unit is entered in cartilage zone of external acoustic meatus and hinged for turning together with receiving module 40 and with basic module 12 for independent displacement of receiving module 40 both in the course of installation of hearing aid 10 in acoustic meatus and when taking it out of the latter. EFFECT: facilitated installation and removal of hearing aid, its comfortable setting in position, reduced transmission of vibrations in reverse directions under normal and abnormal deformations of acoustic meatus. 38 cl, 40 dwg
