SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, in particular, to thermomechanical processing of semi-finished products from two-phase (α+β)-titanium alloys, and can be used in machine building and aircraft engineering. Method of thermomechanical processing of semi-finished products from two-phase (α+β)-titanium alloys involves hot forging in two or more passes with deformation degree of 40-60 % in each pass, calibration at 800-840 °C at cooling rate of 7-20 °C/s, with deformation degree of 3-10 % and ageing. Ageing is carried out in two stages: at first at temperature of up to 400 °C, and at second at temperature of up to 600 °C. Increasing parts service life and reliability.

EFFECT: increasing impact strength characteristics, specimen with crack destruction specific work at impact bending and endurance limit.
