SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to the high-temperature thermomechanical treatment of titanium alloys. Method of thermomechanical treatment of titanium alloys involves multiple heating up to a temperature above and below the temperature of polymorphic transformation, deformation, cooling to room temperature and subsequent aging. First heating is carried out up to a temperature of 230–370 °C higher than the temperature of polymorphic transformation, then material is cured, deformed with deformation degree of 25–60 % and cooled. Second heating is carried out up to a temperature of 90–200 °C higher than the temperature of polymorphic transformation, then material is cured, deformed with deformation degree of 25–60 % and cooled. Third heating is carried out to a temperature of 10–100 °C below the temperature of polymorphic transformation, then material is deformed and cooled. Fourth heating is carried out to a temperature of 100–220 °C higher than the temperature of polymorphic transformation, then material is cured, deformed and cooled. Fifth heating is carried out to a temperature of 20–70 °C higher than the temperature of polymorphic transformation, then material is deformed with deformation degree of 60–90 % and cooled. Sixth heating is carried out to a temperature of 20–70 °C below the temperature of polymorphic transformation, then material is deformed with deformation degree of 20–40 % and cooled.

EFFECT: values of impact hardness, specific fracture work of a specimen with crack during impact bending, low cycle fatigue, relative contraction and strength are increased.
