FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: cable connection system includes the first contact assembly, which includes a housing and the first contact placed into the said housing. Herewith the first contact is characterized by presence of a part in the form of a cable termination and a part in the form of an interface characterized by presence of the first contact surface and a plug, which is characterized by the first locking surface. Second contact assembly articulates with the first contact assembly and comprises a body and the second contact, which is characterized by the second contact surface made with the possibility of engagement with the first contact surface. Herewith the second contact is made with the possibility of rotation relative to the first contact, and the locking element is characterized by the second locking surface made with the possibility of engagement with the first locking surface. Herewith when the second locking surface is engaged with the first locking surface, there is a locking of movement in the axial direction of the said first contact assembly relative to the said second contact assembly, while the said first contact retains the ability to rotate relative to the said second contact.
EFFECT: created is a safe and efficient device for electric power distribution, which reduces the probability of errors during installation.
