FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: electric connecting element (1), intended for placement in plug connector housing, preferably of modular type, includes electrically insulating main housing (10), socket or pin contact elements (20), to which by means of screwed in connection device (28) electric conductor (3) can contact. To ensure electrical insulation of individual contact elements (20) openings (18) in main housing (10) are closing by means of covering flap (30). For purposes of installation covering flap (30) is fixed with possibility of displacement on main housing (10) so, that during connection covering flaps (30, 30') of two connecting elements (1, 1') are driven into opposite directions.

EFFECT: enabling possibility of making reversible connection of conducting multiple flexible wire flexible cables to each other, cores and cables with high degree of efficiency.
