SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of preparing agent, having hepatoprotective action. Said method consists in extraction of larch fungus fruit body with 70 % ethanol, at raw material:extractant ratio of 1:10, by multistage counterflow extraction method with complete cycle in battery from 5 diffusers, wherein extraction time at each stage of extraction is 4 hours, then spent raw material is additionally extracted in 4 and 5 diffusers with spent extractant, at extraction time in 4 diffuser for 4 hours, and in 5 diffuser for 16 hours, spent raw material is squeezed, combined extracts are filtered, condensed under vacuum, dried to produce dry extract and milled.

EFFECT: invention provides extended range of vegetable hepatoprotectors and enables to obtain stable form of extraction preparation, convenient for further production of graduated oral solid dosage forms on its basis.
