FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry, namely to a method for preparing an agent possessing anti-inflammatory and hepatoprotective and choleretic activity. Method for producing an agent possessing anti-inflammatory and hepatoprotective, cholagogic activity, of leaves and flowers of direct hypercoacle by way of vegetable material extraction, in which dried leaves and hypecum flowers are stained from stems to particle size of 0.5–1.0 mm, mixed with 96 % ethanol in ratio of raw material: extractant 1:(10–12), at room temperature and extracted with constant stirring for 2 hours, second extraction is carried out by adding an extractant in an amount equal to the fused, for 1 hour, alcohol extracts are filtered, then extraction cake is extracted twice for 1 hour and 0.5 hour respectively at temperature of 90 °C, 40 % ethyl alcohol in raw material: extractant ratio 1:10 at first extraction, during second extraction, extractant is added in amount equal to that of drained, water-and-alcohol extracts are filtered, then extraction cake is extracted with water purified per 0.1 kg of initial raw material per 1 l of water, at 100 °C for 1 hour, water extraction is filtered and filtrate is combined with water residues of alcohol extract after alcohol removal, separated for removal of plant dust and ballast substances, concentrated, dried in vacuum drying cabinet at temperature of 40–60°C for 8 hours to obtain a dry extract.

EFFECT: method described above enables to obtain an agent possessing pronounced anti-inflammatory, hepatoprotective, choleretic activity with high content of biologically active substances.
