FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to agents possessing antimicrobial, sorption, analgesic and wound healing action on local pyoinflammatory processes in soft tissues and mucous membranes, used in surgery, dermatology, obstetrics and gynecology, otorhinolaryngology. Agent for treating pyoinflammatory processes in soft tissues and mucous membranes is two-layer film and contains combination of antiseptic, benzalkonium chloride and metronidazole as therapeutic components, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (Na-CMC) is used as base, anaesthetic is lidocaine hydrochloride, transdermal transfer accelerator of active substance is dimethyl sulphoxide, stabilizer is glycerine.
EFFECT: technical result consists in creation of effective remedy in form of two-layer film, possessing antimicrobial, sorption, analgesic and wound healing action.
