FIELD: medicine; surgery; traumatology.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for local treatment of purulent-inflammatory processes of the skin and soft tissues. The method involves applying a thin layer of the product to the wound surface at the rate of 1 g per 1 cm², while on the first, second and third days of treatment, “БАХ-М-NaКМЦ” is applied: 0.02 g of benzalkonium chloride; 1.0 g of metronidazole; 4.0 g of sodium salt of carboxymethylcellulose; up to 100.0 g of purified water; on the fourth and fifth days of treatment, “БАХ-М-ПЕО” is applied: 0.02 g of benzalkonium chloride; 1.0 g of metronidazole; 400–80.0 g of polyethylene oxide M.m.; 1,500–20.0 g of polyethylene oxide M.m.; starting from the sixth day of treatment and until the wound is completely healed, “М-М-NaКМЦ” is applied: 100.0 g of 0.01% Miramistin solution; 1.0 g of metronidazole; 4.0 g of sodium salt of carboxymethylcellulose. Dressings are changed daily once a day.

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to achieve an improvement in the quality of local therapy for the purulent-inflammatory process of the skin and soft tissues by quickly reducing the area of the wound surface, cleaning the wound and reducing its contamination, and also promotes the early transition of the inflammation phase to the regeneration phase.
