FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technical area of underground development of mineral resources, development of gas-bearing formation-reservoir to area of monitoring of geological feature of gas-holder. Technical result is high efficiency of sampling of fluid under pressure, providing complete filling of sampler chamber and transfer of fluid outside of chamber at control of pressure. Fluid sampling device under pressure from well includes a chamber of sampler defining inner volume to receive fluid, housing arranged on top of sampler's chamber, fluid circulation means in said chamber, means to retain fluid in said chamber fluid transfer to outside of said chamber. Said hull comprises elastic element and means for removal of tension or for compression of elastic element, which contain a ring with a slot, which interacts with a handle for compression and removal of tension of elastic element. Retainers comprises first piston made with possibility of opening or blocking input of fluid in the lower part of said chamber. Besides, said first piston is moved by means of elastic element, located in chamber filled with oil. Said means of pumping-over are comprised of means of control of lowering of the second piston with the upper part in the direction of the lower part of the said chamber, so that said fluid is under constant pressure in the chamber. Method of monitoring of development of underground geological feature is implemented using said device and comprises sampling of fluid under pressure by means of controlled well, and also includes phase of activation of the handle, so that elastic element is compressed. Then the device is lowered in position "open" in controlled well by means of cable fixed on the upper part of the device. Then at a certain depth device is left in the position "open" during certain period of time. Then handle is activated, so that removed tension of elastic element and device changes in the "closed" position and device is lifted to surface.
EFFECT: said fluid is pumped out of device chamber by pressure on the upper piston, preserving at that pressure under control by the pressure sensor, so that pressure in the chamber remains constant and perform analyses of the sampled fluid.
