FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to navigation instrument-making, namely to navigation systems used to determine basic navigation parameters of positioning ground objects. Invention can be used in designing and manufacturing modern systems for orientation, navigation, guidance and targeting equipment of military objects (hereinafter - MO) and devices of ground equipment. For this purpose, a known navigation system (NS), which includes a distance meter (DM) with a pulse shaper (PS), an electronic cartographer (EC) with a cartographic processor (CP) electrically connected to external devices (ED) of the MO with information communication channels, a display (D), a control panel (CP), a loading device (LS), a satellite system receiver (SSR), a cartographic processor (CP), an electronic cartographer power supply unit (EC PSU), a satellite navigation system antenna (SNS), is additionally equipped with having appropriate links a tilt and heading sensor including: a tilt and heading sensor power supply unit (THS PSU), three absolute angular velocity sensors (AVS-X, Y, Z) along the three orthogonal axes, three accelerometers along the three orthogonal axes (A-X, A-Y, A-Z), a temperature sensor (TS), a unit of controllers (UC).
EFFECT: expansion of operational and functional capabilities of both the navigation system and the object of its application.
