FIELD: energetics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering. Turbine housing has several arc-shaped segments having a flange on each side end for connection with the flange of the adjacent arched segment. Flange extends outward from external surface of each arched segment along the external surface in backward direction. Each arched segment has a part of outer surface which is collinear to the flange in backward direction and which has no flange. Also disclosed is a turbine containing a housing.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve operational characteristics of the turbine.
