FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment, represents a device for scanning near electric or magnetic field of electromagnetic radiation sources and can be used for automatic measurement of fields intensity for solving tasks for providing electromagnetic compatibility during designing, diagnostics and testing printed units as well as electronic devices and devices as a whole. Disclosed near electromagnetic field scanner for two-sided and multilayer printed boards comprises a body, near-field sampler, positioning system, scanner is equipped with a holder with a mechanism for spatial rotation relative to the near-field sampler, located inside the body to vertically displace relative to the near field sample, said near-field sampler is installed inside the positioning system to displace in horizontal plane, the latter is rigidly fixed inside the body.

EFFECT: technical result is faster testing process and higher reproducibility degree of measurement results during solving tasks of electromagnetic compatibility.
