SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, more specifically to medical equipment, and can be used for fine dispersion of liquids in nanoindustry. Disclosed is a robotic system for applying polymer and medical coatings on implants, comprising a chamber for applying polymer and medical coatings on implants, a control personal computer, a drug polymer aerosol spraying module consisting of a control board, to which an ultrasonic generator, a gas flow meter and a liquid dispenser are connected, an implant positioning module consisting of a robot manipulator and a step motor, with a control board connected to it, a module for controlling an implant store, consisting of an implant store with a control board connected to it, a safety module consisting of motion sensors and a camera opening with an output of which an indicator is connected, and a monitoring module consisting of a remote control unit, a barcode scanner, a high-resolution camera, a touch screen display and an emergency stop button, wherein the remote monitoring unit inputs/outputs, the display touch screen, the implant positioning unit control boards, the aerosol spraying module and the store control module are connected to the corresponding control personal computer corresponding outputs/inputs and outputs of motion sensors, scanner barcode and high-resolution cameras are connected to corresponding inputs of control personal computer, emergency stop button is connected to control inputs of manipulator robot, indicator and control boards of implant positioning module and aerosol spraying module.

EFFECT: invention ensures the processing time reduction, the ready products quality enhancement and the product prime cost reduction.
