SUBSTANCE: invention is on fringe of advertisement (with a visual stand presentation) business and of electric engineering ("solar" batteries), specifically to self-contained illuminated advertising devices, primarily all day operation, with photoelectric panels. Self-contained electrified advertisement system comprises installed or applied on front surface of a material base material elements of text and/or graphic information. Provided is a self-contained electric power source based on photoelectric panels, directed towards external sources of natural and/or artificial light. Provided is a device for illumination of material carrier of text and/or graphic information and control cabinet with buffer electric accumulator and control unit, for at least mode of operation of lighting device. Elements of text or graphic information are formed by photoelectric panels, respectively distributed along front surface of material base, with combination of said elements in their plurality of information advertisement function and energy function of solar battery based on photoelectric converters. Invention also discloses additional rational signs of device.

EFFECT: use improves technical and operational characteristics due to more complete implementation of principle of multifunctionality, optimisation of assembly with reduction of dimensions, increasing energy efficiency at night and by facilitating partial recuperation of energy.
