SUBSTANCE: invention relates to noise reducing structures. Sound screen contains foundation base, bearing base, transverse posts and longitudinal profiles, rear sound-reflecting panel, face sound transparent panel, perforated with through holes, sound-absorbing panels, presented by perforated porous sound-absorbing briquettes. Rear sound-reflecting panel is presented by internal embedded bearing flat-sheet structure containing perforated tubular hollow bearing bypass elements, on which supporting sound-absorbing panels are installed, arranged with their rear surfaces on both sides of rear sound-reflecting panel wall surface. Sound-absorbing panels, presented by perforated porous sound-absorbing briquettes, contain through mounting and perforation bypass holes, perforation assembly holes axes coincide with axes of rear sound-reflecting panel tubular hollow bearing bypass elements, distances t between axes of perforated porous sound-absorbing briquettes through bypass holes are in the range of t=0.1…0.2 a, where a is rear sound-reflecting panel overall height, diameters d of perforated porous sound-absorbing briquettes through bypass holes perforation are in the range d=0.05…0.2b, where b is sound protecting screen cross-section thickness. Perforated porous sound-absorbing briquettes, mounted on both sides of sound-reflecting panel rear wall are composed of separate crushed fragmented sound-absorbing elements, interconnected by sound-transparent adhesive joints into solid three-dimensional structures and/or additionally placed in cylindrical sound transparent containers, made of sound transparent film and/or sound transparent foil materials, on top of which face cylindrical sound transparent panels are mounted, perforated by through holes.

EFFECT: higher noise reducing efficiency.
