FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: technical device is presented in the form of low-noise technical room equipped with mounted with air gaps between opposite end faces (γ) and relatively opposite mounting surfaces of wall and ceiling enclosing structures (k) of technical room, separated by integral moulded composite sound-absorbing panels made of porous air-sound absorbing structure of substance lined with sound-transparent layer of material. Inner surface facing sound-insulating shells of separate shaped-piece combined sound-absorbing panels form through bypass diffraction-dissipative channels, communicating face and rear surfaces of bearing outer surface facing sound-transparent shells and external surface protective facing sound-transparent layers of materials, at that diameters of through bypass diffraction-dissipative channels d satisfy relationship: d = (0.5…0.8)t, where t is overall thickness of end faces of separate shaped-piece combined sound-absorbing panels; k is a remote air gap formed between the back surface of the mounted detached unitary composite sound-absorbing panel and the opposite wall or ceiling of the technical room; γ - remote air gap formed between opposite surfaces of end faces of mounted isolated solid-moulded combined sound-absorbing panels.

EFFECT: technical device of low-noise technical room is endowed with broadband frequency composition sound absorption due to use of porous air-permeable sound-absorbing structures of structural materials with integration into their structural composition of through bypass diffraction-dissipative channels.
