Method of obtaining information includes steps of: establishing a data transmission channel with a telephone agent system when a voice call is made with telephone agent system, wherein data transmission channel is established in packet switching domain, and voice call is established in channel switching domain; obtaining an information obtaining page, provided from telephone agent system through data transmission channel; displaying information obtaining page in a call interface used for making voice call, wherein control of display of information obtaining page in call interface is carried out through a display control signal sent from telephone agent system; and sending feedback information to telephone agent system via data transmission channel, when feedback information is received on information obtaining page.
EFFECT: technical result is obtaining feedback information of telephone agent system.
