FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fuel filling stations (FFS) with possibility of operation in automatic mode without operator. Single-piece/multi-unit FFS one or more unit layout consists in these units vertical structure mounted and prepared for operation by their “just-in-time” screw embedment. As FFS unit base along entire unit from FFS foundation to upper elevation vertical central hollow cylinder is arranged, which is closed from above with top cover, along cylinder length two or more transverse partition walls and tightly closed bottom are arranged. Around central cylinder upper part, from top cover to first transverse partition wall, upper reservoir containing one or more compartments is placed. From above on FFS unit reservoirs service platform with fencing is arranged, on its floor are located: inspection hatch, breather valves outlets, detachable lightning rod, antennae, automation and fire extinguishing equipment, and attaching platform access ladder to unit side. In central cylinder central part process compartment is arranged, comprising: reservoirs compartments filling lines without pumps or with pressure-type pumps, fuel distribution lines without pumps or with pumps, water separating filters. Outside along process compartment periphery fuel compartments-terminals are located with fuel filling guns hoses and payment terminals. Central cylinder lower part, which is separated from process compartment by second partition, is made of bearing and embedded part of FFS unit, which simultaneously is lower liquid fuel storage and/or its emergency discharge reservoir. FFS unit lower part bottom is made in form of a sealed conical tip with helical ribs-blades, rigidly fixed on its surface and continued upwards to cylinder surface to mark, defined by design unit embedment. To increase FFS unit vertical stability, at its embedment level horizontal alignment plate is installed, which is rigidly attached to unit external part so, that plate simultaneously was part of road surface, or said stability is provided without centering plates installation due to structure of elements, fixing adjacent FFS units.
EFFECT: enabling improvement of FFS configuration and assembly.
