FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for automation of processes of fuel availability and delivery (fuel and lubricant materials - fuels and lubricants) at automatic fuel refuellers, aircraft fuel trucks and auto fuel and gas refuellers, which fill vehicles on conditions of intraeconomic calculation. System comprises level gauge in tank installed in pipeline fuel valve, bottom valve, meter with pulse sensor, pump, filter, information-computer system with switching unit, including control terminal, wherein level gauge is configured to measure temperature, density, weight and level of bottom-hole water, in pipeline there is filter-water separator, made with possibility to output signal to information-computing complex on water content in fuels and lubricants, information-computing system is configured to calculate mass and interlocks of movement of fuels and lubricants based on data from level gage and filter-water separator, at the same time emergency fuel and lubricant supply unit is introduced.

EFFECT: technical result is optimization of operation of fuel and fuel refuellers in time, delivery of fuels and lubricants in exact quantity and only allowable quality.
