FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method of sowing leguminous crops seeds includes formation of parallel grooves 1, arrangement of seeds in them 2, followed by their covering with layer of soil and compaction. Seeds in each groove 1 are located with equal spacing, distance of which is 0.8…1.0 of diameter of crown 3 of plants in phase of full development. Grooves 1 are arranged with alternating length, wherein distance between proximate grooves 1 is 0.866 of space distance between seeds in groove 1. Distance between remote grooves 1 is 3…5 times more, than distance between closely proximate grooves 1. Seeds 2 of plants in one of adjacent proximate grooves 1 are located with shift relative to seeds 2 in neighboring groove 1 by half of longitudinal spacing. Wherein every three close seed 2 of proximate grooves 1 in plane are vertices of equilateral triangle.

EFFECT: invention allows to provide plant roots with sufficient power platforms, crowns of plants with favorable conditions of illumination and preserving possibility of soil tillage and weeds removal, which increases crop capacity of culture.
