FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of agricultural machine building. The method includes subsurface compaction of soil, tillage of soil surface layer with simultaneous smoothing of its surface, where extracted cut weeds are thrown out. Subsurface soil compaction is carried out above the crops with simultaneous tillage and fluffing of the surface soil layer, stubble remains are combed out, as well as cut weeds, and are laid on the field surface in areas of sown strips in strip crops at the depth of 15-20 mm lower than the seeding depth. In unsown strips at the seeding depth the soil is additionally ground and mixed with the surface soil, which is drier, with simultaneous combing of weeds and stubble remains, which are laid onto the field surface. Besides, the soil in areas of sown strips, which is 25-30 mm above the sown seeds, is moved into zones of unsown strips to form soil banks on the unsown strips. The roller is arranged in the form of a spiral arranged at the angle towards the motion and connected to an axis of rotation installed in bearing units by means of spikes. Bearing units of the roller spiral axis are installed in the lower ends of leashes, upper ends of which are installed movably at the ends of the roller spiral bar. Mobility of leashes towards the soil is limited with stops. Leashes with the roller spiral bar are additionally connected by means of helical springs, some ends of which are fixed at the roller spiral bar, and the other ones - on the leashes via the adjustment helical traction rods. The roller spiral consists of small diameter sections Ds and large diameter sections Dl. Small diameter spiral sections Ds are arranged as helical strips with width a and pitch ts, and are fixed on the roller axis by means of spikes with the pitch Cs, making an angle δ with the cylindrical surface generatrix, which circumscribes the sections of the roller small diameter section Ds. At the same time the large diameter sections of the roller along the length are divided into two equal parts, helical strips of each one are installed so that when moving towards the working direction, the processed soil mass is moved towards the middle of an unsown strip. The roller spiral bar is fixed with bolt axes on the frame of longitudinal bars with the possibility to change the angle of the roller axis installation in direction, which is perpendicular to direction of its movement from 0° to 20°, which are fixed in frames of seeding or weeding machines by means of parallelogram mechanisms that are turnbuckle controlled. Behind the roller, along the width of each sown strip, there are double-sided detachable mouldboards installed as fixed on the roller spiral bar, which move soil from the depth by 25-30 mm less than the depth of sowing into unsown strips to form soil banks.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to carry out mechanised weeding in zones of unsown sown strips, increases crop capacity, reduces maturing times, seeds consumption, and practically fully eliminates crops lodging.
