FIELD: aircraft engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to short takeoff and landing aircraft designs. Aircraft comprises wing (1) made together with fuselage according to “flying wing" aerodynamic design. In fore end wing (1) is equipped with support (2), on which above wing top surface (1) power plant is installed, including engine (3) with propeller (4). On support (2) foreplane (5) and canard fin (6) are also installed, which are control elements. Engine (3) with propeller (4) is installed so, that during air flow blowing, created during propeller (4) rotation, wing top surface (1) was most complete in blowing area, as well as that controls, foreplane (5) and canard fin (6) were in blowing area.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of control elements in wide range of angles of attack in pitch, roll and yawing, which substantially improves aircraft maneuverability.
