FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to nickel chrome alloys, and can be used in construction of furnaces, as well as in chemical and petrochemical industries. Nickel chrome alloy contains, wt %: 29-37 of chromium, 0.001-1.8 of aluminium, 0.10-7.0 of iron, 0.001-0.50 of silicon, 0.005-2.0 of manganese, to 1.00 of titanium, to 1.10 of niobium, 0.0002-0.05 of magnesium, 0.0002-0.05 of calcium, 0.005-0.12 of carbon, 0.001-0.050 of nitrogen, 0.001-0.030 of phosphorus, 0.0001-0.020 of oxygen, not over 0.010 of sulfur, not over 2.0 of molybdenum, not over 2.0 of tungsten, if necessary, from 0.0001 to 0.008 of boron, nickel and impurities - the rest. Following ratio is observed: Cr + Al >30, Fp ≤ 39.9, where Fp= Cr + 0.272·Fe + 2.36·Al + 2.22·Si + 2.48·Ti +1.26·Nb + 0.374·Mo + 0.538·W - 11.8·C.
EFFECT: alloy is characterized by high-temperature corrosion resistance in carbonizing atmosphere, higher heat resistance and creep limit properties.
