FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: wear-resistant alloy contains the following components, wt %: 0.15 to 0.5% C, 0.01 to 1.5% Mn, 0.01 to 1.0% Si, 12.0 to 21.0% Cr, 25.0 to 39.0% Ni, 0.01 to 2.5% Mo, 0.01 to 0.5% W, 0.01 to 0.5% V, 0.01 to 0.5% Cu, 1.0 to 3.0% Al, 1.0 to 4.5% Ti, 3.1 to 8.0% Nb, 0.001 to 0.02% B, 0.001 to 0.1% Zr, 0.01 to 2.0% Co, and Fe and impurities are the rest. Sum of weight percentage of Co and Ni constitutes an interval of 25.0% to 39.0%. Ratio of weight contents of Nb:C (%) equals to 14:1 to 54:1, and ratio of weight contents of Ti/Al (%) equals to 0.5 to 2.0.
EFFECT: alloy is resistant to high-temperature mechanical stresses, corrosion-resistant and has high processibility with pressure in hot state.
