SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical industry, namely to an agent possessing antibacterial bactericidal action for treating inflammatory periodontal diseases. Agent possessing antibacterial bactericidal action, for treating inflammatory periodontal diseases, comprising active substances and an ointment base, including cremophore RH-40, lutrol F-127 and purified water, as active substances contains netilmicin and 10 % alcohol propolis extract, as an emulsion base additionally contains low-molecular polyethylene, dimethicone, glycerine and peach oil, at certain ratio of components.
EFFECT: agent provides manifested antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, wound healing effect, exhibits good fixation, manifested effect and uniform distribution on gingivae, easy to use.
