FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a new structural panel used as a covering, noise and vibration-isolating and heat-insulating panel. Panel is made from a composition containing epoxy resin based on block-oligomer with long chain, containing aromatic links, curing agent based on aliphatic polyamines or polyaminoamides and foaming agent based on polyethylhydrosiloxane. Above composition is in transition state from being glass-like to highly elastic at -4 to +40 °C. Panel has noise and vibration-absorbing and heat-insulating properties, improved structural properties.

EFFECT: such covering can be used for protection of structures of vehicles, structures combining protective function and mechanical load transfer functions, operating in high humidity conditions, in construction, shipbuilding, aircraft construction et cetera.
