FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to anti-adhesion coatings for formwork used in making concrete and reinforced concrete articles. Nanomodified epoxy anti-adhesion coating of formwork consists of epoxy diane resin in amount of 100 wt.pts., which additionally contains amorphous nanosized silicon dioxide with particle size of 20-100 nm and specific surface area of 95-400 m2/g in amount of 1-10 wt.pts. It also includes a curing system containing 3-40 wt.pts. of aromatic polyamine, 3-10 wt.pts.of primary aliphatic amine and 0.2-4 wt.pts. of salicylic acid.
EFFECT: disclosed invention provides high anti-adhesion ability, increased wear resistance to abrasion and resistance to cracking at alternating loads on the formwork.
