FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to methods of measuring volume or mass fraction of fluid and impurities in gas flow, as well as to selection of sample for determining of grain-size composition of mechanical impurities. Method of measurement of ash impurities with gas flow comprises isokinetic sampling of gas flow from main part, its supply to separation, accumulation and measurement of separated impurities. At that, purified gas flow is returned to main gas flow in low pressure point provided for point selection by partial closing of main gas flow shut-off element. Device for implementing above method involves probe of isokinetic sampling of gas, separation device for collection and separation of dropping liquid and mechanical impurities, device for measuring flow rate of withdrawn gas and control device mounted on line of gas flow for point selection of analysed gas, after which purified analysed gas is fed into gas flow. Control device provides isokineticity of gas flow withdrawn by control of hydraulic resistance of main gas flow for point selection, as well as additional control of pressure drop on device after selection.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of separation, environmental friendliness of method and reduced number of process sections.
