FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to aerospace and other articles structural elements (SE) structure and production process. SE comprises first and second composite layers. Second layer with electrically conductive fibres is made decreasing electrochemical corrosion during its contact with first layer, also providing electric charge dissipation on SE surface (of first layer). SE production includes placement of first and second composite layers in mold and their curing.
EFFECT: group of inventions technical result is higher articles fire safety, in particular composite fuel tanks, on surface of which static electricity can be quickly accumulated.
