FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat-insulating materials production and can be used in aerospace engineering, in instrument making, machine building, construction and other industries. Microporous heat-insulating material consists of spherical amorphous silicon dioxide particles with size of 100 mcm and flat silicon dioxide particles with size of up to 20 nm, silica fibres with diameter of 2–3 mcm, and plate-shaped mineral powder filler with particles size of 2–7 mcm, in following ratio of components, wt%: spherical particles of amorphous silicon dioxide 37.4–43.6; silica fibre 4.5–8.4; flat particles of amorphous silicon dioxide 19.3–24.8; titanium dioxide 27.3–33.2.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce of microporous heat-insulating material heat conductivity coefficient without essential deterioration of its strength characteristics.
