FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, namely to surgical instruments, and, in particular, to surgical incision and suturing instruments, and used cassettes therein with staples. Cassette with staples for use with surgical stapling device comprises cartridge body, multitude of staples and implanted compressed part. Cartridge body comprises panel and multiple seats for staples, made in panel, wherein each staple seat has hole in panel. Multitude of staples, in which at least part of each staple is stored in staple seat with possibility to remove. Each staple can displace between activated and non-activated positions, wherein multitude of staples comprises first set of staples and second set of staples. Implanted compressed part passes above panel and comprises surface, contacting with tissue, when moved in activated position. Implanted compressed part comprises first and second parts. First part is made with possibility to be entrapped in each staple of first set of staples, when staples of first set of staples are moved to activated position. Second part is made with possibility to be entrapped in each staple of second set of staples, when staples from second set of staples are moved to activated position. In second version cartridge with staples for use with surgical stapling device comprises cartridge body, multitude of staples, set in-series, implanted compressed part and multiple fasteners. Said implanted part comprises multiple detachable parts. Multiple fasteners retain detachable parts on panel, at least one of cartridge body and stapling device comprises start-up element, configured to cut fastening elements, when staples are moved between non-activated position and activated position by actuator. In third version cartridge with staples for use with surgical stapling device comprises cartridge body, multitude of staples, implanted compressed part. Said implanted part is located outside cartridge body.
EFFECT: use of inventions allows to provide optimal compression pressure on surrounding tissue to limit blood flow through worse contractible blood vessels.
