In the earthquake-proof building containing he vibration-insulated foundation, horizontal and vertical load-bearing structures with the vibration isolation system, internal partitions, the building roof, as well as the door and window openings with reinforcement, at the places of their attachment to the building bearing walls, the base load-bearing slabs are provided with the spatial vibration isolation system, consisting from horizontally located vibration isolators, accepting the vertical static and dynamic loads, as well as vertical vibration isolators, receiving horizontal static and dynamic loads, herewith the floor in the rooms is made on an elastic foundation and contains an installation plate made of reinforced with a vibration cushioning material concrete that is installed on the base plate of the interfloor overlapping with the cavities through the layers of the vibration cushioning material and waterproofing material with a gap in relation to the bearing walls of the production premises, wherein the base plate cavities are filled with the vibration damping material, for example, foamed polymer.

EFFECT: technical result is in enabling the possibility of reinforcement of existing buildings and structures or the reinforced buildings and structures erection with increased resistance to the wind loads effects and earthquakes due to the in them of multilayer vibration isolating supports placement therein, which receive the vertical loads during use and actively accepting the horizontal loads during seismic activity without irreversible and critical destructions or with minimal deformations, which increases the building or structure seismic reliability and safety.
