FIELD: acoustics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial acoustics. This is achieved by that in a low-noise aseismic production building containing a frame of the building with a base, bearing walls with enclosures in the form of a floor and a ceiling, which are lined with sound-absorbing structures, window and door openings, as well as single sound dampers containing a frame, in which a sound-absorbing material is placed, and arranged over noisy equipment, basic bearing ceiling slabs are equipped with a damping system at their attachment to the building bearing walls, consisting of horizontal vibration isolators receiving vertical static and dynamic loads, as well as vertical vibration isolators receiving horizontal static and dynamic loads, herewith the floor in the rooms is made on an elastic base and comprises a mounting plate made from concrete reinforced with vibration damping material, which is installed on the base plate of a floor covering with cavities through the layers of a vibration damping material and a waterproof material with a gap relative to load-carrying walls of the production facilities,wherein cavities of the base plate are filled with a vibration damping material, for example, foamed polymer. Base of the building frame is made with vibration isolation of the concrete plate consisting of interconnected reinforced concrete beams in the base of the building, which includes at least four vibration isolators installed between the metal plate and the reinforced concrete beam located in the base of the building made integral with at least eight strip foundation blocks, which are a kind of "traps", and each of the metal plates is installed on at least three reinforced concrete pillars-thrusts, and between every strip foundation blocks and each of the reinforced-concrete beams sandy cushions are installed, and under the vibration isolators strain gage transducers are fixed controlling settling of the vibration isolators, herewith the sandy cushions are installed in metal demountable holders, and each of the vibration isolators consists of rigidly interconnected rubber plates: the top and the bottom ones, in which there are through holes arranged along the surface of the vibration isolator in staggered order, and form of the vibration isolators is square or rectangular, and their lateral sides are made in the form of curved surfaces of the n-th order providing equifrequency of the vibration isolation system as a whole, herewith the holes have a shape providing equifrequency of the vibration isolator. In cavities of the basic plates of the interfloor overlapping there are vibration damping inserts made in the form of a cylinder from a rigid vibrodamping material, inside which axisymmetrically and coaxially an elastic core is placed, along the axis of which there are damping discs rigidly fixed along the whole length of the cavity, herewith the extreme discs are fixed "aflush" with the cylinder from a vibrodamping material, the ends of which, in turn, are placed "aflush" with side surfaces of the base plate.

EFFECT: technical result is the increase of efficiency of noise suppression and seismic stability of the building.
